When materials are uploaded to the Tezfile - Upload Files service, a URL that links to that material is automatically generated. Tezfile - Upload Files does not knowingly incorporate third party trademarks into the URLs generated when material is uploaded. Furthermore, Tezfile - Upload Files does not provide an index of materials available through the Tezfile - Upload Files service. Therefore, except with respect to any advertising that Tezfile - Upload Files may provide pursuant to agreements with advertisers, third party trademarks will not normally appear on Tezfile - Upload Files ’s website.

Tezfile - Upload Files is a content sharing online platform letting users upload information and make it available to others.
Tezfile - Upload Files has a zero tolerance policy against child sexual abuse content or any content that can be harmful to minors. Our Terms of Service clearly \state that no such content will be tolerated on our platform. If, however, we are made aware that our online facilities have been used to store and/or transmit any content of that kind, we act immediately to remove any and all such content, block the user accounts involved and report all related activity to authorities.
